Debbie Goynes, a Realtor in Central Louisiana with Service First Realty, returned home to Louisiana after living around the country for almost 18 years including Corpus Christi,Vancouver and Camas, Washington, and Newark, Delaware where she was a highly successful Realtor and mortgage loan originator. Debbie achieved the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), ePRO, Certified Real Estate Probate Specialist and USAA Military Relocation Specialist. Terry Goynes
Terry is a Louisiana native who has lived in Central Louisiana his entire life. Terry graduated from Northwood High School and went on to study at Lousiana Technical Institue. Terry has spent over 25 years as a Sales Consultant in various capacities from Alexandria to Natchitoches. He has also been heavily invested in our community and even served as a Commissioner at Ward 10 while coaching his son.
Terry and his wife, Debbie, share a passion for everything real estate, to include investing both long term and short term personally. Terry has combined his passion for real estate, his investment experience, and his enjoyment of networking and getting to know people by becoming a licensed Realtor with Service First Realty.
